Witam, podłączyłem ostatnio pod kompa Mercedesa w202 97r. 1.8 używałem programu carsoft, wyrzuciło mi trochę błędów, miałbym taką prośbę aby ktoś podesłał kody błędów byłbym bardzo wdzięczny lub wytłumaczenie tych błędów.


Actual Error's:

3 HFM-SFI, PEC engine coolant temperature sensor : open circuit.

Measure the temperature sensor.
Reference values: 20řC = 3,5V 50řC = 2,3V 100řC = 0,8V
Verify also the resistance.
By IGNITION=OFF : 20řC = 2500 Ohm - 50řC = 830 Ohm - 100řC = 185 Ohm.

4 HFM-SFI, PEC engine coolant temperature sensor : implausible.

Measure the temperature sensor.
Reference values: 20řC = 3,5V 50řC = 2,3V 100řC = 0,8V_
Verify also the resistance.
By IGNITION=OFF : 20řC = 2500 Ohm - 50řC = 830 Ohm - 100řC = 185 Ohm.


6 Intake air temperature sensor : short circuit.

Measure the temperature sensor.
Reference values: 10řC = 3,2V 50řC = 1,2V 80řC = 0,5V
Verify also the resistance.
By IGNITION=OFF : 20řC = 6060 Ohm - 50řC = 1760 Ohm - 100řC = 620 Ohm.

12 Idle speed contact : implausibly large.

Only with EA or CC. (1) Without EA or CC. (2)
Idle speed contact at idle speed control actuator, air mass implausibly large. Verify idle speed contact :
(1) Idle speed pos. : < 3 V, Accelerator depressed : > 10 V.
(2) Potententiometer voltage : idle speed < 4,8 V, Accel. depressed > 5,5 V



13 Idle speed contact : loose contact.

Only with EA or CC. (1) Without EA or CC. (2)
Idle speed contact at idle speed control actuator,loose contact. Verify idle speed contact :
(1) Idle speed pos. : < 3 V, Accelerator depressed : > 10 V._
(2) Potententiometer voltage : idle speed < 4,8 V, Accel. depressed > 5,5 V

14 Throttle valve actual value potentiometer : implausibly high.

Throttle valve actual value potentiometer in idle speed control actuator : implausibly high. While IGNITION=ON :
Verify potentiometer, voltage decreases continuously up to full throttle position. Idle speed = > 4 V, full throttle = < 1 V.!!! Not with EA or CC !!!

22 CC/EA signals emergency running mode.

Unmetered air, throttle valve jamming.
Cruise control or electronic throttle to emergency running.

23 Oxygen sensor : voltage too large.

!!! Only with TWC. !!!
At coolant temp. > 80řC run engine for at least 2 min. at idle speed. Verify voltage oxygen sensor signal : -0,2V/1V.
Verify also the oxygen sensor cable if insulation is > 20 KOhm,
and sensor heating voltage : 11-14 V, and current consumption : 0,6-3,4A.



24 Oxygen sensor : too cold or open circuit._

!!! Only with TWC. !!!
At coolant temp. > 80řC run engine for at least 2 min. at idle speed.
Verify voltage oxygen sensor signal : -0,2V/1V.
Verify also the oxygen sensor cable if insulation is > 20 KOhm, and sensor heating voltage : 11-14 V, and current consumption : 0,6-3,4A.

30 Oxygen sensor heater of oxygen sensor : current too large.

!!! Only with TWC. !!!
At coolant temp. > 80řC run engine for at least 2 min. at idle speed. Verify oxygen sensor heater actuation. (Voltage = 11V-14V.)
Verify also the current consumption : 0,6-3,4 A.

31 Oxygen sensor heater of oxygen sensor : short circuit.

!!! Only with TWC. !!!
At coolant temp. > 80řC run engine for at least 2 min. at idle speed. Verify oxygen sensor heater actuation. (Voltage = 11V-14V.)
Verify also the current consumption : 0,6-3,4 A.

32 Oxygen sensor heater of oxygen sensor downstream of TWC faulty.

-> Current too small. !!! Only USA, except model 124 !!!
ENGINE : IDLING,
At coolant temp. > 80řC run engine for at least 2 min. at idle speed.
Verify oxygen sensor heather actuation. ( Voltage = 11V-14V.)
Verify also the current consumption : 0,6-3,4 A.


38 Fuel injection valve Cylinder 1 : open circuit/short cir. to ground.

Verify actuation and injection time.
temp = 20C (when starting)-> injection time = 8 ms.
temp = 80řC (idling)-> injection time = 3-5 ms.
temp = 80řC (throttle blipped)-> injection time = 17 ms.
Verify also engine coolant temp. and intake air temp. sensors, O2 probe.

39 Fuel injection valve Cylinder 2 : short circuit to positive.

Verify actuation and injection time.temp = 20C (when starting)-> injection time = 8 ms.temp = 80řC (idling)-> injection time = 3-5 ms. temp = 80řC (throttle blipped) -> injection time = 17 ms._Verify also engine coolant temp. and intake air temp. sensors, O2 probe.

70 Engine speed signal TN(output) : short circuit to ground.

Verify TN engine speed signal (output).
ENGINE=IDELING : 5-7,5 V.

71 Engine speed signal TN(output) : short circuit to positive.

Verify TN engine speed signal (output).
ENGINE=IDELING : 5-7,5 V.

72 Vehicle speed signal : not recognised.

Verify ABS control module.
Verify wiring from ABS control module to HFM-SFI control module.
Verify also rear axle speed sensor._


77 CO potentiometer short circuit to positive.

!!! Without TWC except model 210. !!!
Verify - CO potentiometer. Voltage = 0,2-4,7V (IGNITION=ON).
- resistance = 0-1000 Ohm (IGNITION=OFF).
- cable connection and cables.

79 Knock sensors 1 signal : open circuit.

Verify the knock sensors.
80 Knock sensors 2 signal : open circuit.

Verify the knock sensors.

86 Purge control valve : open circuit/short cir. to ground

Verify purge control valve : actuation.
By engine at operating temp. and idling the purge control valve
must be felt to pulse after about 1 min.
Verify also the current consumption.

90 Camshaft timing actuator : open circuit/short circuit to ground.

Verify timing actuator current consumption.
Engine start and rev. up to about 3000 rpm. Current briefly approx. 1,5 then 1 A. Verify also the resistance : 4-8 Ohm.
Verify also the mechanical operation. (mechanical camshaft adjustment)

91 EGR switchover valve : short circuit to +12V.

!!! Only J and USA. !!!
Verify EGR switchover valve vacuum control.
By ENGINE=IDLING, Coolant temp. > 60C and blip throttle :
voltage = 11-14 V.
Do also a mechanical check of the exhaust gas recirculation valve.

92 EGR switchover valve : open circuit/short circuit to ground.

Verify EGR switchover valve vacuum control.
By ENGINE=IDLING, Coolant temp. > 60C and blip throttle :

a nie ma kodów błędów do mercedesa?


tak odpala, jeździ, jak jest zimny po przełączeniu na gaz falują obroty delikatnie (800-1200) po nagrzaniu jest ok. a drugi problem to gdy wciska się gaz w podłogę / lub gwałtownie się skręci kierownicą to tak jak by któryś cylinder odcina i samochód wtedy traci moc aż do zgaśnięcia i odpalenia go ponownie wtedy jest już wszystko ok aż do kolejnego gwałtownego ruchu. (taka sama reakcja na gazie czy benzynie)

Te błędy pojawiły się po skasowaniu i ponownym odpaleniu silnika (wcześniej było ich jeszcze więcej)

daj sobie spokoj z kabelkiem za 50zl ,,, skrzynia automat ? jak tak to sprawdz czy czasami modul silnika nie jest pelny od oleju ,lub dostaje sie olej po przewodach od regulator faz rozrzadu ,,,do sprawdzenia zasilania i masy
,, instalacja gazowa niezle miesza ,,potrzebna wizyta u gazera ,,,co to za instalacja???

mercedes w rodzinie od ok 6 lat, nikt nie dbał, teraz chcą ją podreperować (ponad pół roku stała bo była dziura w misce) nigdy nie była podłączana pod komputer, został kupiony kabel żeby sprawdzić czy są jakieś błędy, ogólnie to pali i jeździ ale są problemy takie jak wyżej opisałem

kabelki za 5 dych schodzą jak ciepłe bułeczki :D
a potem taki przyjeżdża i prawi morały co i gdzie cza zrobić wymienić ;)
resztę na forach wyczyta i tak zejdzie pół roku a potem przestaje się przejmoować i jeździ aż padnie całkiem :D
